How To Draw A Pig

10 Amazing (and Easy!) Tutorials

Introduction

At first glance, the pig seems like a pretty easy animal to draw. But unless you actually know how to draw a pig, you might struggle, and it’s natural. I too have faced this issue. I thought that drawing a pig would be a piece of cake. But it turns out that I wasn’t as good as I had thought. Of course, I wasn’t going to give up after a few failed attempts. I went on to study a bunch of pig drawing tutorials on YouTube, and felt much more comfortable with my drawings afterwards.

The easiest way to draw a pig is by following the head first approach, where you start your drawing with the pig’s head, and then its body. You don’t necessarily have to draw the whole head and all its facial features right at the start. You can just do the outlines at the start, and then work on the facial details later on.
