How To Draw An Eagle

10 Amazing (and Easy!) Tutorials

Introduction

Eagles are a bold, and fierce species of birds. They have a striking glare, and a majestic vibe to them. If you want to draw an eagle, you must do it right. Otherwise, your artwork won’t be able to showcase the same vibe you’d get from the actual bird itself. Doing so can be a bit of a problem, if you don’t know how to draw an eagle. You might be thinking about winging it, but trust me, I’ve tried that and failed. Hence, I recommend you do what I did, and study a few eagle drawing techniques before you pick up your pencil to start drawing.

To draw an eagle, you must perfectly capture all four of its important visual elements. These are its eyes, feet, wings, and of course, its massive body. Your approach will vary from one art style to the other, but the overall idea will always remain the same, and that is to give your eagle drawing a striking look.
