How To Paint A Swan

10 Amazing (and Easy!) Tutorials

Introduction

Painting swans can get a bit tedious. After all, how do you paint something that’s basically white in color? I too had this same question, and once I studied a few videos on the internet on how to paint a swan, I got my answer. If you too are having difficulties in understanding how to approach such a painting, I recommend you do what I did, and observe a few tutorials related to this topic.

There are three ways to paint a swan. There’s the watercolor way, the acrylic way, and the oil painting way. Based on your skillset, and how you want the coloring to be like, you should opt for any one of these three. The acrylics or the watercolor style is perfect for beginners. However, things can get complicated, depending on the attention to the detail in your artwork.
