Bunnies always have a very cute appeal to them. If you’re eager to draw them, you too must ensure that this cuteness is reflected in your drawing. However, I’ve seen that many of you struggle to do so. You try your best, but can’t seem to portray this cuteness, and that’s understandable. I too had to struggle with this at one point, but eventually got through it by following a stepwise technique to draw bunnies. And if it helps, you too can follow this step by step approach.

To draw a cute bunny, you start from its head, and then head towards the body. Keep the ears long and tail fluffy. Finally, to add some depth to your drawing, give it some final touches with a sharp pencil, and you’re done.

Start with the head

The bunny’s head is a lot similar to that of a human baby.

Add the ears

The ears are long and the ear on the left is a bit folded at the top.

Add the nose and mouth

Use a light pencil to draw the small nose and mouth.

Time for the eyes

Show the eyes closed in the drawing.

Draw the body

The body is thin at the top, and a bit thick at the bottom.

Show the belly

The belly is shown sideways.

Draw the other leg

It is drawn behind the belly.

Add the cute tail

The tail is drawn as if it were cotton candy.

Add some details

Draw a bit of blush on the bunny’s cheeks.

Final touches

Use a dark pencil to work out the outlines and give the drawing some sharpness.
