How to Draw An Easter Basket Step by Step

Drawing an Easter basket is quite easy, and fun too. The basket needs to be decorative, colorful, and filled with eggs. That is what makes these baskets so special and appealing. So if you want to draw an Easter basket, you will have to incorporate all these details. Start with the basket. The draw the eggs and handle. Decorate them, and you are done. Now you just color it.

Start with the base

Draw a semi circular curve to draw the base of the basket.

Next the top border

The border is drawn as if it were woven with threads.

Now the handle

Use a light pencil for this.

Add a bit of depth

Use a dark pencil for this.

Add some designs

These will be done on the body of the basket.

Add the eggs

You will basically show the top side of the eggs.

Design the eggs

You can get creative as you want here.

Keep going

You are almost done with the drawing.

Finishing touches

Do this with a dark pencil.

Time to use some bright colors for this.
