How to Draw Ballet Shoes Step by Step

Shoes are easy to draw. But many people still find them difficult to work on. Ballet shoes can be just as difficult to draw like any other shoe. But once you figure out the basics, you can easily draw these shoes. So that is where I can help. My approach to drawing these shoes will help you draw ballet shoes with absolute ease.

Start with the basic outlines. Then work out the bottom part of the shoes. Do a bit of designing. You can get creative with it if you want. Then, just color it, and you are done.

Start with the front

Draw the tip of the shows first. They are flat and faced downwards.

Next the back

Draw a simple strap for each shoe.

Double the outline

Give the straps double outlines.

Add some depth

Draw the inner part of the shoes behind the straps.

Keep it going

You are doing great so far.

Start drawing the ribbons

The ribbons should cross each other over the straps.

Continue with the ribbons

Keep extending the ribbons.

A little longer

Draw the ribbons a bit more longer.

Just a little more

You are almost done.

Finishing touches

Take a bold pencil to work out the final touches.

Coloring time

The drawing is ready. Now you just have to color the ballet shoes.
